Come join us for a Japanese Bilingual Storytime filled with songs, stories, and purposeful play! Recommended for kids from birth to 5 years old with their caregivers. Remember storytime is most effective when caregivers are present with their child. No registration required! ご注意:ベビーカー置き場は2階(チルドレンズフロア)にございます。恐れ入りますが、正面玄関から1階(ヤングアダルトフロアとアダルトフロア)までは階段のみで、エレベーターはございません。1階奥にエレベーターがございますので、2階に上がる際はそちらをご利用ください。ベビーカーに関するスタッフのサポートは出来かねる場合がございますので、ベビーカーご利用の際はご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 PLEASE NOTE: Stroller parking is on the 2nd floor (the Children's Floor). Unfortunately, there is no elevator access from the front door to the 1st floor (Young Adult and Adult Floor). All strollers will need to be carried up the vestibule stairs to access the elevator at the rear of the building. We cannot guarantee staff assistance with the strollers and advise all attendees to explore alternatives to strollers when attending storytime.

Young artists will experiment with colors, shapes, and textures while building motor skills, creativity, and imagination. Best for children ages 6 months to 3 years, or those at a similar developmental stage. All supplies will be provided—just bring your own wipes!

An informal playgroup for young children (ages 0-4) and their parents and/or caregivers to meet other families and encourage children to develop together through play. Onsite program with songs, rhymes, an ideal program for caregivers with children between the ages of 0 to 3 years. Open Play for Babies and Toddlers is a program for parents/caregivers and their children. Both the parent/caregiver and the child must be present during the entire program: unaccompanied adults or children will be asked to leave the program. When registering for this program, parents/caregivers should use their name and information--you don’t need a library card to participate!
