Family Story Time! Join us for songs, rhymes, and favorite read-aloud books in this storytime that’s fun for young children 5 and under. Ideal for caregivers with multiple-aged children, families can enjoy storytime and open play while discovering new books and resources. Staff will be on hand to help children and caregivers to sign up for library cards, share reading recommendations, and introduce upcoming programs that build excitement around reading learning Tuesdays 11 am - 11:45 am. * Families have a 10-minute grace period. * Start and end times are approximate. Join librarians from Seward Park Library for books, songs, and rhymes every Tuesday. Best for children up to age 5 and their caregivers. Storytime will take place on the 2nd Floor (Children's Floor). No registration is necessary. less

This event will take place in person at Spuyten Duyvil Library. After storytime, library staff guide children and their grown-ups through a warm and inviting play space where you and your child can play and socialize with others in the community. A great opportunity to meet other children, parents and caretakers while learning about the power of play from library children’s staff. Please note: This program is for both caregiver and child. Children must be supervised by their grown-up at all times. Recommended for ages 0-5. less
