Presented in collaboration with Lincoln Center as part of the Summer for the City programming. Flamenco and Spanish dance artist and educator Carlota Santana joins us for Dance Storytime, a family-friendly creative storytelling workshop where young audiences learn basic movements of flamenco dance. We will learn rhythmic handclaps (palmas), arm movements (braceo), body posturing (marcaje), and footwork (taconeo), all tailored to beginners.
