This event will take place in person at the Andrew Heiskell Library. Join us for an inclusive and interactive storytime that encourages movement, promotes literacy, and offers safe sensory input. While open to everyone, this program is ideal for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory sensitivities, or any child that may have difficulty attending in large groups. Registration is not required. Tickets will be available half an hour prior to the event. Space available for up to ten families. less

The World Cup is here in New York City! Let's celebrate with some soccer stories and a little challenege. Try to out read your local librarian and score a "goal" with every book you finish this week. Join us for daily storytimes and fun soccer themed crafts for all of our youngest players! less

Bring your little artist to the library as we explore open-ended ways to promote early learning through art and books, and share fun ideas for creating with little ones at home. Young artists will explore colors, shapes, and more while working on motor skills, creativity, and imagination. less

This event will take place in person at the Columbus Library. Coloring pages will be provided, or simply get creative and color freely. Help your little ones to express themselves and develop their fine motor skills through creativity. Children ages 0-5 with their caregivers are welcome. less

This event will take place outdoors at Washington Square Park. Specifically located at the east alcove with park benches across from the Playground for Big Kids. Join us to hear stories, sing songs, and get those wiggles out as you help your active child build important early learning skills. Family Story Time! Join us for songs, rhymes, and favorite read-aloud books in this storytime that’s fun for young children 5 and under. Ideal for caregivers with multiple-aged children, families can enjoy storytime and open play while discovering new books and resources.
