This event will take place in person at the Columbus Library. An informal playgroup for young children (ages 0-4) and their parents and/or caregivers to meet other families and encourage children to develop together through play. Onsite program with songs, rhymes, an ideal program for caregivers with children between the ages of 0 to 3 years. Open Play for Babies and Toddlers is a program for parents/caregivers and their children. Both the parent/caregiver and the child must be present during the entire program: unaccompanied adults or children will be asked to leave the program. When registering for this program, parents/caregivers should use their name and information--you don’t need a library card to participate! less

Ideal for caregivers with multiple-aged children. Storytime is a program for parents/caregivers and their children. Join Esther Crow and her playful puppets for a lively mix of kids' songs, movement games, and stories. Enjoy acoustic guitar tunes, Spanish songs, and fun lessons like how bees pollinate! Perfect for ages 0-5, this interactive show blends music, comedy, and kindness to spark joy and learning. This program is limited to 15 children. less

Join librarians from Seward Park Library for books, songs, and rhymes every Tuesday. Best for children up to age 5 and their caregivers. Storytime will take place on the 2nd Floor (Children's Floor). No registration is necessary. less

Unfortunately, there is no elevator access from the front door to the 1st floor (Young Adult and Adult Floor). All strollers will need to be carried up the vestibule stairs to access the elevator at the rear of the building. We cannot guarantee staff assistance with the strollers and advise all attendees to explore alternatives to strollers when attending storytime. less
