NAC is the leading New York City-based health and social service organization that exclusively serves children with significant disabilities, emotional behavioral challenges and chronic illnesses. Established in 1982 in response to the problem of medically complex children languishing in hospitals beyond medical need, today NAC provides an integrated continuum of health and social services to support family preservation, reunification, and adoption for 2,100 at-risk children, siblings and parents annually in NYC. NAC’s programs are integrated and comprehensive to ensure we meet the unique needs of every child who walks through our door.

Eligibility

Your family must be enrolled in a program at NAC. Enrollment in NAC programs involves a child welfare involvement or special medical diagnosis and must engage with an assigned social worker.
